Balraj Jagdev

Balraj Singh Jagdev is a qualified solicitor with 4 years post qualification experience. He studied at Keele university in 2005 with a joint LLB Honours degree in Law and Human Resource Management. He went on to practice law at a well established practice in Birmingham, before qualifying at an equally established firm in Warwickshire. Balraj is now 4 years post qualified and has a varied case load including Family litigation and civil disputes. Over the last year Balraj has undertaken the Diploma in Personal Finance examinations (Dip PFS) to broaden his financial acumen. Balraj tries his hardest for his clients and stays calm under pressure. He understands the commercial realities of his clients and his billing strategies bear this in mind. Balraj is a family man with a young family of his own. In the little spare time he has he tries to keep fit by going to the local gym and training for half marathons. The last one being the Sheffield half marathon.

Harjit Singh Jagdev (Harry)

Harjit Singh Jagdev (Harry) qualified as a solicitor in 1986 with Young & Lee Solicitors. He became a partner in that practice managing the Criminal Department. He has built up a reputation in his community for fighting the cause of his clients. Harry has been in practice in his own right before.  He has substantial experience in criminal defence work from the most serious cases of frauds, murder, rapes, robbery, burglary, riots etc. right across a whole range of offences to the relatively minor road traffic allegations.  He is a seasoned advocate and you will regularly see him in the Birmingham Magistrates Court. He is accredited as a Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal Proceedings) and is entitled to represent defendants at the Crown Court and on Appeals to the Higher Courts.  He has dealt with literally 1000's of criminal offences over his career and some with Landmark decisions at the Court of Appeal.  He has been a past Council Member of thr Criminal and the Information & Technology Committees of the Birmingham Law Society.  He represented the Local Law Society at the visit of the OJ Simpsons defence team's visit to the UK after the trial in the USA.  Harry has a particular interest in Road Traffic Offences having saved many from more severe penalties.
